ABOUT CYNTHIA PHILLIPS
Cindi Phillips is the owner and president of Financial Freedom Enterprises. Cindi is a Financial Professional with and offers securities through Grove Point Financial, LLC. She has over 40 years of experience helping people pursue their financial goals, having begun her career in banking in 1981 and becoming insurance licensed in 1998 and securities registered in 2000.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy, having graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University in 1981. Cindi completed her education while working to support herself and pay for her tuition and other college-related expenses.
Cindi began her financial career in banking in Atlanta. She later worked her way up the corporate ladder in banking starting with the management training program at C&S Bank in Atlanta and progressing over the years in various positions, ultimately broadening her financial base as Vice President of the insurance and investment affiliate of a local bank.
Cindi left the bank in 2002 and began her own business assisting companies, individuals, and families with financial services to help provide for their financial futures. Financial services for her clients include retirement funding, college funding, group and individual life insurance, investments, and business continuation needs as well as other focused and specific needs.
She is insurance licensed and securities registered in a number of states.
She has access to many insurance companies and investment resources as a Financial Professional of Grove Point Financial, LLC.
Cindi lives in Glynn County, Georgia. She is active in her community. Cindi is a member of Community Church. She is a founding member of the Saint Simons Professional Group. She has served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the McIntosh County Chamber of Commerce. Cindi is a member of the Brunswick/Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce and is a 1991 graduate of Leadership Glynn and a 2002 graduate of Leadership Southeast Georgia.
Cindi is single and has one grown daughter from a previous marriage and three beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys sports and is a Certified SCUBA Diver. She likes to cook and enjoys reading a good novel.
