About Cindi

Cindi Phillips is a Financial Services Representative in the investment and insurance field. She has 29 years of experience helping people achieve their financial goals.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy, having graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University in 1981. Cindi completed her education while working to support herself and pay for her tuition and other college-related expenses.

Cindi began her financial career in banking in Atlanta. She later worked her way up the corporate ladder in banking starting with the management training program at C&S Bank in Atlanta and progressing over the years in various positions, ultimately broadening her financial base as Vice President of the insurance and investment affiliate of a local bank.

Cindi left the bank in 2002 and began her own business assisting companies, individuals, and families with strategies for their financial futures. Financial strategies for her clients include retirement strategies, college funding, group and individual life and health insurance, investments, and business continuation strategies as well as other focused and specific needs.

Cindi has extensive training in her field and holds six licenses. She is licensed and securities registered in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. She is also securities registered in New Mexico and North Dakota.

She has access to many insurance companies and investment resources through her Broker/Dealer, Great American Advisors®, Inc.

Cindi lives in Glynn County, Georgia. She is active in her community. Cindi is a member of St. Simons Community Church. Cindi served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the McIntosh County Chamber of Commerce. She is a Board Member of Coastal Medical Access Project Cindi is also a member of the Brunswick/Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce, the Coastal Georgia Symphony Society, and the Auxiliary of Hospice of the Golden Isles. Cindi is a 2002 graduate of Leaderhip Southeast Georgia and a 1991 graduate of Leadership Glynn.

Cindi is single and has one grown daughter from a previous marriage and three beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys sports and is an avid runner. Cindi also enjoys golf and water sports. She likes to cook and enjoys reading a good novel.
